Resident Evil Requiem and 57 other games shown during Summer Game Fest 2025

Here are all the new games and updates announced during Geoff Keighley's Summer Game Fest 2025. That’s right, we watched the whole thing so you don’t have to. 


These are listed in the order they appeared during the live presentation

  1. Mortal Shell 2 

This new Soulslike is headed to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam in 2026.

  1. Fortnite: Galactic Battle V: Death Star Sabotage 

An all-new Fortnite event took place on June 7.

  1. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach

This all-new clip introduces the characters Neil and Lucy. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach launches on June 26, with the live game premiere happening today, June 8.  

  1. Chronicles: Medieval

A medieval sandbox where player decisions will impact the world they explore.

  1. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds

Launching on September 25, this cross-platform kart racer features a cast of Sonic favorites along with special cameo racers like Hatsune Miku (VOCALOID), Ichiban Kasuga (Yakuza), and Joker (Persona 5).    

  1. Code Vein 2

The global reveal of the sequel to 2019’s Code Vein. Code Vein 2 is coming in 2026.  

  1. End of Abyss

Described as an atmospheric action-adventure game with dark sci-fi elements, End of the Abyss arrives in 2026.

  1. MOUSE: P.I. for Hire

Starring Troy Baker as the main character, this noir-style shooter features a vintage cartoon animation style and is set to launch later this year.  

  1. Game of Thrones: War for Westeros

A new real-time strategy set in the world of Game of Thrones. The game launches in 2026.

  1. Atomic Heart 2

A spiritual successor to Atomic Heart, set to release in 2026. This new action-adventure role-playing game features a greater emphasis on RPG gameplay. 

  1. The Cube

From the developers of Atomic Heart, this shooter MMORPG is set in the Atomic Heart universe. 

  1. Marvel Cosmic Invasion

Rocket Raccoon and She-Hulk are revealed to be joining the cast of 15 Marvel heroes in this beat ‘em up. Coming later this year.

  1. Onimusha: Way of the Sword

Capcom reveals a gameplay trailer for the latest title in the Onimusha series. Coming in 2026. 

  1. Felt That Boxing 

One of the day’s most unique global premieres, this comedic, photo-realistic boxing game features furry puppets. You heard that right.  

  1. Killer Inn

This new murder mystery action game with asymmetrical team battles is from Square Enix and will be launching a closed beta soon.

  1. ARC Raiders

A new trailer for this anticipated extraction shooter. ARC Raiders launches on October 30.

  1. Dune Awakening

A survival MMO set in the Dune universe that launches in just a few days on June 10.

  1. Chrono Odyssey

An action MMORPG in which time plays a critical role. A playtest on Steam is scheduled to take place from June 20 to June 22.

  1. Wuthering Waves

A look at the free-to-play action RPG’s June 12 update.

  1. MIO: Memories in Orbit

A sci-fi metroidvania game with captivating art design. A demo is available now on Xbox and Steam.



  1. Out of Words 

A co-op platformer with brilliant stop-motion visuals that’s heading our way in 2026.

  1. Mafia: The Old Country

Arriving August 8, this is a prequel to the original Mafia and the latest mainline title. 

  1. LEGO Voyagers

A 2-player co-op adventure where players play as LEGO bricks that build their way through the game’s many puzzles and challenges.  

  1. Nicktoons & the Dice of Destiny

Your favorite Nicktoons take on a big fantasy adventure in this real-time action RPG coming this fall.

  1. Lies of P: Overture

An all-new DLC that serves as a prequel to the Lies of P. It’s available now on all platforms!

  1. Fractured Blooms

This psychological life sim has players gardening and refurbishing their neglected home while trapped in a mysterious time loop.

  1. Blade & Soul Heroes

An upcoming free-to-play collectible action MMORPG that allows players to swap smoothly between turn-based and real-time action combat. 

  1. Crystal of Atlan x One Punch Man Crossover

One Punch Man joins forces with this magicpunk MMO action RPG beginning on June 26 through July 26.

  1. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin

A new open-world action RPG based on the hit anime series. Coming in 2025.

  1. Jurassic World Evolution

The series that lets players live out their dreams of running their own Jurassic World continues. The game is available for preorder now and launches on October 21. 

  1. Mina the Hollower

The creators of Shovel Knight reveal their next 8-bit adventure coming October 31! 

  1. Marvel’s Deadpool VR

A redband trailer for this Meta Quest 3|3S exclusive, featuring Neil Patrick Harris as the voice of Deadpool.

  1. Dying Light: The Beast

A new standalone game set in the Dying Light universe is coming August 22. Those who purchased the Ultimate Edition of Dying Light 2 Stay Human get Dying Light: The Beast for no additional charge.  

  1. Mixtape

A coming-of-age story featuring three friends living through a “mixtape” of memories. The soundtrack includes music from The Smashing Pumpkins, The Cure, Joy Division, and more.   

  1. Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree

Players are treated to charming animations and voiceovers in this new roguelite RPG, coming to multiple platforms on September 19. 

  1. Acts of Blood

Hand-to-hand combat is this beat ‘em up’s bread and butter. The demo is available now! 

  1. Scott Pilgrim EX

Scott, Romona Flowers, and other favorite characters from the Scott Pilgrim universe take on rivaling vegans, robots, and demons across “space and time.” This new retro-style brawler is coming in 2026 and features participation from Scott Pilgrim creator, Bryan Lee O’Malley.

  1. The First Descendent: Breakthrough

The next major update for this co-op looter shooter drops on August 7. It brings with it a new battlefield, an 8-player raid, a crossover with Nier: Automata, and more.

  1. Scum 1.0

This 2018 early access survival game is finally getting its full launch on June 17.

  1. MindsEye

The official launch trailer for this futuristic, Grand Theft Auto-esque shooter coming on June 10. MindsEye will also be getting a Hitman crossover later this summer.



  1. 007 First Light

One of Summer Game Fest’s biggest reveals, 007 First Light is an espionage action-adventure that serves as an origin story for the iconic spy, James Bond. 

  1. Hitman: World of Assassination - LeChiffre Elusive Target

Actor Mads Mikkelsen reprises his role as LeChiffre, Casino Royale’s main villain, and heads to Hitman: World of Assassination until July 6. Completing this limited-time mission unlocks a special reward in the upcoming 007 First Light.

  1. LEGO Party!

A 4-player party game with 60 minigames packed with crazy LEGO action. Coming later this year.

  1. Wildgate

A 20-player team shooter that combines FPS gameplay with ship-to-ship combat as teams compete for the “Artifact.” The open beta kicks off on June 9 and runs until June 16, and the game launches on July 24.

  1. Blighted 

A “psychedelic” 3D Metroidvania-style co-op or single-player game from indie darlings Drinkbox Studios. 

  1. ILL

The first look at this disturbing and bloody FPS survival game from the horror experts at Team Clout.  

  1. Mecha BREAK

This anticipated multiplayer sci-fi shooter, featuring air and ground mech combat, has finally revealed its release date of July 1, 2025.

  1. Infinitesimales

Built by an 8-person studio, players traverse a dangerous, insect-sized world in search of their lost alien squadron. Infinitesimals drops in 2026.

  1. Street Fighter 6 - Year 3 Character Reveals

Kenny Omega helps reveal Alex, C. Viper, Ingrid, and Sagat as the Year 3 DLC fighters coming to Street Fighter 6. 

  1. Last Flag 

This hip third-person, capture-the-flag shooter is from the studio led by Mac and Dan Reynolds, the manager and lead singer of Imagine Dragons. A closed alpha is expected to happen later this year.

  1. Wuchang: Fallen Feathers

Soulslike gaming meets the dark mysteries of the late Ming Dynasty when Wuchang: Fallen Feathers launches on July 24.

  1. Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deciever

Presented by none other than Ghostface Killah, this co-op action RPG combines anime-style combat with afro-surrealism to create one of Summer Game Fest’s most surprising reveals.

  1. Mongil: Star Dive

Join the closed beta beginning on June 20 to begin collecting monsters and to experience the game’s exciting tag team battles.

  1. Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2

Nintendo made a surprise Summer Game Fest appearance with Cyberpunk 2077 now on the all-new Switch 2.

  1. Into the Unwell

A third-person roguelite that takes place in a dark, cartoonish world. You and up to two other players help quirky, broken characters triumph over the dangerous manifestations of relapse.

  1. Splitgate 2 Battle Royale

While the announcement made by Ian Proulx, the CEO and co-founder of 1047 Games, has been polarizing, Splitgate 2’s free battle royale update is available now.

  1. Stranger Than Heaven

Once codenamed “Project Century,” we now know that Rya Ga Gotoku Studio’s new game is titled Stranger Than Heaven, and it melds Yakuza gameplay with detective-style elements and storytelling. 

  1. Resident Evil Requiem

Capping off Summer Game Fest 2025 and Resident Evil’s 30th anniversary is the reveal of the ninth mainline game in this storied horror franchise. The announcement trailer features lead character Grace Ashcroft, FBI analyst and daughter of Aslyssa Ashcroft, Racoon City field reporter and a playable character in Resident Evil Outbreak. There’s still much to learn and a lot of dots to connect before the game’s February 27, 2026, launch.
